HOW TO ORDER?

If you would like to order a portrait, please send a message to: katarzynabrodzinska.art@gmail.com.

1. Please send an inquiry in your e-mail whether you have chosen it the date is available, specifying the format and number of people in the portrait.
   Available options, pencil portrait: 
   a. A4 format (21x29.7 cm) - one person, (approx. 6 business days).
   b. A3 format (29.7x42 cm) - one person, (approx. 7 business days). 
   c. A3 format (29.7x42 cm) - two people, (approx. 9 business days).

2. If the date is available, please send a photo(s). on the basis of which the work is to be performed. The photos should be of good quality (elements such as eyes, mouth, nose close-up cannot be very blurry). This is important for similarity. Examples of good photography can be found below. This will help you choose a photo.

3. In the return e-mail I will answer whether I am able to create a drawing based on the photo sent.

4. If the photo is of good quality and you can create a portrait based on it (possible correction or combining the photos together - an additional 12 euro), I will prepare a preliminary design.

5. ⚠️ After approval of the project, I will ask you to pay a deposit of 50% of the ordered work, before the implementation begins, to the account number:
   12 1020 5011 0000 9402 0240 2576. In the transfer title, please enter: drawing format, number of people in the drawing, date by which the drawing is to be made.

6. After the amount is credited to the bank account, the date is finally booked and I start producing the portrait for the date specified above. 

7. Making a payment to the account is tantamount to accepting the regulations posted on this website.

8. After finishing the work, I send a photo of it so you can see the portrait. 

9. In case of dissatisfaction, you can resign from the drawing. In this case, the entire amount will be refunded to your account. Pursuant to Art. 16 of the Act on Copyright and Related Rights, in the event of resignation from the portrait, I do not consent to its reproduction, sharing, printing or any use of it.

10. I send the finished work secured, in a stiff cardboard and cardboard box. I do not frame my works. I send them by courier or parcel locker. FREE shipping within Poland.

11.  In the case of digital painting work, you first receive a drawing in low resolution, after its approval, I send it in the form of JPG and PDF files (optionally PNG and TIFF). I do not send digital works in a paper version.

12. Companies and other institutions intending to use the drawing for commercial purposes in many fields of use buy a drawing from me with a commercial license (the cost of the license is 50% of the order value).

I draw a portrait from one photo of your choice (approved in terms of quality by me). I can't see the resemblance from several different photos. Therefore, please choose one photo in which the person portrayed is similar to yourself.

If it is a portrait of two people, I can combine them from two different photos in one work.
