STATUTE​

1. Portrait orders are accepted only by e-mail to the following address: katarzynabrodzinska.art@gmail.com. I do not accept orders via Messenger, SMS, etc.

2. In the subject of the message, please enter your name and surname, the format of your work and the number of people in the portrait (e.g.: Adam Nowak, A4, 1 person).

3. In the e-mail, please send a photo of the person(s) in digital format - in the best possible quality. It must be of good enough quality to capture details - they cannot be photos taken from a distance, without close-ups of faces, photos that are too dark or too bright, or photos processed with filters.

4. After accepting the photo, I send an e-mail confirmation of order acceptance along with payment details.

5. The date is finally booked after receiving a deposit of 50% of the drawing value (by bank transfer). In case of later cancellation, the deposit is non-refundable.

6. The customer has 2 business days to pay the above-mentioned deposit from the moment of receiving the e-mail with order confirmation and transfer details. Delay in payment as well as lack of contact with the client are considered a resignation and the deadline is transferred to another person.

7. After receiving the payment, I send an e-mail with information about the correct booking of the date, as well as the date and form of contact just before the start of work, in order to confirm the previously discussed details.

8. Lack of contact with the customer within the time set before implementation (point 10) is considered a resignation.

9. If the cancellation is deemed to be due to the customer's fault, I will inform you about the withdrawal from the order. Then the date reserved for the client and the deposit paid will be forfeited.

10. Changing the format, number of people or photo just before implementation (before I start working) is only possible if I have time to complete a larger order.

11. Once the project has started, it is not possible to replace the photo with another one from a jointly selected photo.

12. Each work is signed with the author's name and surname.

13. After completing the project, I send photos of the finished work to the client for approval.

14. During and at the end of the work, I only accept minor corrections resulting from possible differences between the photo and the portrait, as well as corrections discussed with the client when placing the order. Any other corrections resulting from the wrong choice of a photo in which the person does not resemble themselves, requests to capture similarity from photos other than the one I worked on, changes in hair color, hairstyle, etc.) are not possible during implementation - please let me know choose photos for a portrait carefully.

15. If the work does not meet the client's expectations, he or she can resign from it and in such a case the entire amount will be refunded to his or her account. Pursuant to Art. 16 of the Act on Copyright and Related Rights, in the event of cancellation of the order, I do not consent to printing, reproduction, sharing or any use of the work.

16. If the client resigns from the drawing after the drawing is completed, I reserve the full right to dispose of the work completed.

17. Once the final result is approved by the client, no further corrections will be taken into account.

18. A client who wishes to make corrections to the work I have done cannot resign from the portrait and, therefore, demand a refund of the costs incurred. (Pursuant to point 3 of Article 38 of the Act on Consumer Rights, you cannot withdraw from a distance contract in the case of contracts in which the subject of the service is a non-prefabricated item, manufactured according to the consumer's specifications or serving to meet his individual needs).

19. In the case of shipping, the work is placed between bookbinding boards and sent in a cardboard box. I am not responsible for damage caused during transport.

20. I will send the portrait after receiving the remaining amount of 50% of the value of the drawing. I do not send the drawing on delivery. After sending the parcel, the customer receives a number. bill of lading and confirmation of shipment.

21. In the event of illness, health damage or other accidental situations that prevent work, I reserve the right to cancel or postpone the date to the day on which work can be carried out. In such a situation, the entire amount, regardless of whether it was a deposit or prepayment, is returned to the customer's account (the customer receives confirmation of the refund).

22. Companies and other institutions intending to use the drawing for commercial purposes in many fields of use purchase the drawing with a commercial license (the cost of the license is 50% of the order value).
